About

A little background about myself. I come from a family of educators, so I am very passionate about serving and working with people to cultivate relationships. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Social Work in 2018 Florida State University and completed my first internship at Capital Regional Medical Center's Baker Act Receiving Facility. I received my Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and completed my internship with a Title 1 school located in Palm Beach County. I have also worked within the Community Mental Health realm for 2 years, providing mental health consultation to pre-school center sites, as well as being trained as an Infant Mental Health therapist working with children and new mothers who have experienced trauma. I have recently become an official Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW and plan to continue applying my skills within the school setting and community based setting. I believe it is my calling to connect with people in order to aid them in their healing journey. I utilize aspects of CBT, DBT, Psychodrama, Mindfulness, and Attachment Based Therapy to guide client's on their journey.
