About

I work with transition-aged youth (14-24 in office, and 17+ on telehealth), adults, and seniors in my telehealth practice online. I want to see people who need help making decisions, dealing with the past, and accepting self-care into their own lives. I genuinely believe that we can benefit from having a no-judgment, unbiased person who does not know our circumstances to talk with, vent with, and bounce ideas off. Those suffering from past or current trauma responses need someone we trust, who will not betray our confidence, to help work on our issues, and I can be that person for you.
