"Are you looking for the best tools and knowledge needed, to improve your life, in the shortest time possible? I am passionate about helping my clients realize their strengths and feel that they are understood. I utilize my 35 years of experience, in the field, to assist my clients in meeting their goals. I utilize a broad spectrum of treatment modalities including: cognitive behavior therapy, strength based therapy, motivational interviewing and Art Therapy. I specialize in treatment for ADHD, Anxiety, Perfectionism, Relationship Issues and Trauma. I have worked with adults, children, and families. I see clients in person and via telehealth. I worked for 30 years at a County Human Services Department in Wisconsin. In that agency, I worked as a crisis worker, substance abuse, and mental health therapist. I also have experiences working in jails, a sexual assault resource center, a dialysis center, a palliative home care agency and at the VA. Three years ago, I moved to Nevada, with my husband. I enjoy the Sun, the Travel, and the Entertainment that the southwest provides. I am fortunate that I love what I do and enjoy assisting clients on their journey to improving their lives.
