We all have "stuff" to navigate in life. I'm here to walk beside you as you make the journey to better mental health. I have been in practice for 20 years. I have worked with children as young as 18 months and those who are facing the ending stages of their lives. I consider it an honor to be a part of your healing journey. Together we will find changes that make your life more happy and meaningful. I am trained in EMDR, have worked with many first responders and am part of the critical response team. We will go at your pace and I am not afraid to sit with you when you need to cry, rant or celebrate.
