I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Life Coach ( CLC), and Certified Cognitive Processing Therapy Provider, who has had the privilege of working in and with a variety of populations within counseling settings. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling. I provide a wellness approach to counseling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I approach therapy in a very integrative, client-centered manner to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include motivational interviewing, somatic therapy, solution-focused, CPT, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and more. The majority of my work has been with working for families, children, active military, and veterans, I promote growth by offering a safe, accepting climate so that you feel heard, validated, and empowered.
