Working alongside people and assisting them in creating a life they love is one of the many reasons that I enjoy working in this field. I have 15 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life, helping them to overcome and cope with emotional trauma, depression, anxiety and stress. I spent most of my career in social services working in behavioral and mental health hospitals, community programs, schools and with local domestic violence agency. I have advanced training in DBT and Complex Trauma. My focus is in helping each client find peace within themselves, identifying cognitive distortions and developing healthy coping skills that work for them and are sustaining.
