I am licensed in New York State with 7 years of experience as a therapist and over 15 years working in the human services field. I help individuals better handle stress and anxiety, process and overcome trauma and abuse, cope with grief and loss in a healthy way, and develop internal motivation and increase self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming any challenges you may be facing.
