Hello! My name is Lisa Holmes, and I have been providing individual and group counseling, as well as case management in Massachusetts for the past five years. I am excited to work with you to identify goals that will help you build the life you envision for yourself.

I believe in relentless empathy and constant curiosity and will partner with you in a non-judgmental way that allows you to build skills that you will be able to use for the rest of your life. I have worked in a variety of agency settings, including a crisis stabilization unit, a domestic violence shelter, and in a behavioral health program that serves people living with major mental illness in the community and in group living environments. I utilize a variety of treatment models to create customized plans for my clients and will partner with you to find methods that work best for you. I describe my approach as humanistic and psychodynamic, and I believe that with the right tools it is possible for anyone to improve their quality of life. I am experienced in working with people with a wide range of challenges, including trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, relationship and career challenges, and major mental illness.
