I am a licensed professional counselor with over 26 years of experience working with clients to navigate life's transitions. My primary area of focus is working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and adjustments to life transitions. I also have experience working with adolescents and adults with ADD and autism. What is your approach to therapy? My approach is grounded in the belief that a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factor in the success of therapy. I strive to provide a safe space for you to process, understand, and gain control over the internal and external stressors getting in the way of you living the life you want. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My practice incorporates mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and interpersonal modalities. Working collaboratively with you, my hope is to help decrease emotional struggles, enhance your relationships, and work towards meaningful change.
