I believe it’s never too late to hope. Life can throw a lot of curve balls at us, and we all walk through dark times. But the power of the mind is amazing. There is never a situation that is too dark, too late, or too hard that extra support, proven techniques, and positive thoughts can change around. We are not stuck in the dark situations life can put us in. I strive to always be kinder than necessary, because everyone is fighting a battle of some sort.
