I am dually licensed in Ohio as a Clinical Counselor and a Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience providing counseling and training services. I received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling. I have experience working with concerns ranging from anxiety, self-harm, depression, grief, relationship issues, parenting concerns, impulsivity, personality disorders, trauma and stress management. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health and intensive treatment.

I am always honored by the courage and strength of my clients when they take me on their healing journey. Approaches I use in therapy include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and emotion focused therapy. Counseling requires vulnerability which is never easy. I am here to provide support, guidance and perspective. I will work with you to achieve your individual goals.
