I have been a social worker for 24 years and have enjoyed the work that I do focusing on transitional life events, mental health and/or substance use as well as gambling addictions. I provide therapy for people ages 18 and older both individual and couples therapy. I tend to utilize strategies that are focused on supporting the creation of change and being present in the here and now, utilizing mindfulness and cognitive behavioral strategies. I like to collaborate with my clients on setting treatment goals so we are focused on the work that you want to do.
