About
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California with years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have helped clients in private practice settings, as well as substance abuse inpatient and outpatient facilities. My clients have come to my office with a wide range of concerns including addiction, depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, bipolar, domestic violence, relationship issues, parenting issues, career challenges, trauma, and ADHD. I have focused my practice on trauma-focused modalities, including TF-CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment repair. My counseling style is warm and empathetic, and I explore with my clients the issues brought into my practice. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, sensitivity, and compassion, and have worked respectfully with those who are LGBTQ+, as well as struggling with addictions and eating disorders. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, attachment repair, and narrative therapies. My goals will be to meet your needs in therapy and empower you to make the changes you want in your life.
