Once you understand yourself better, you begin to navigate your world with confidence. Your most challenging periods in life can lead to tremendous growth.

I value relationships that reflect warmth, honesty, compassion, and humor. As your therapist, I intend to bring these qualities to each of our sessions. I know, from personal experience, that giving voice to your fears and doubts in a supportive environment can be life-changing. This very human experience can remind us of our ability for extraordinary things and our capacity for kindness. Once we find more patience and empathy for ourselves, we can give those things more freely to others. It’s amazing how different the world looks when we feel differently about ourselves.
