I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with 18 years of experience. I have successfully counseled couples, individuals with depression, anxiety, personality disorders and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I use various kinds of therapy from psychodynamic to Gestalt to Narrative and CBT. I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) --this is my most recent addition and it is an amazing therapy. It helps with all kinds of trauma. If an event/s in your past or present is making it difficult for you to enjoy life, then EMDR may be for you. Freeing clients from the grips of an experience/s that cause pain, shame or failure is my greatest joy
