Life can be complicated, stressful and overwhelming! If you are struggling with sadness, worry, fear, confusion, or aren’t sure where to turn or what to do, I am here to help. Treating trauma and abuse are my specialty. I also have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and stress related to relationships, parenting, life changes, isolation, grief & loss, educational and career transitions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in the State of Texas with more than 15 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and circumstances. I have a dual masters in Marriage & Family and Counseling from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas and have completed several specialized trainings to help you with a variety of life concerns. More important than any textbook I have real world life experience and wisdoms from the many I have worked with in the past.
