I’m a licensed clinical psychologist practicing for 20 years. I work with individuals/ couples and families. I come from a growth mindset. Learning from our experiences, making healthy choices and staying in curiosity and empathy are key components. Challenges can become opportunities. It's important to consider and explore the context of why we make the choices we do. Instead of being critical and berate ourselves for not doing the right thing we can learn to use words that support and motivate us to reevaluate a situation and act with intention. I use an integrative approach that includes psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, client centered and solution therapies. I work to foster clear communication, empathy and self compassion.
