I am an independently licensed therapist based in Ohio with 21 years experience working with clients focused on making effective changes for a happier , healthier life. Over the years I have worked with many kinds of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, chronic illnesses, career related issues, grief/loss, abuse and trauma. My approach is practical, client centered and strength based drawing from Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
