It can be hard to take the step in starting work with a new therapist, especially when we feel our most vulnerable and are suffering. I work with the perspective that the therapeutic relationship between you and myself is of the greatest importance in order to achieve your goals in seeking therapeutic support and guidance. Although I am primarily trained in psychodynamic therapy, I have an eclectic approach in treating a wide variety of psychological struggles which I tailor to each client's needs and preferences.
I provide individual psychotherapy. I specialize in treatment of teenagers and adults experiencing difficult life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, increased irritability, mood swings, relationship issues, suicidal thoughts, gender/sexuality spectrum transitions and trauma-related symptoms.
