Hello! I am Lisa, a Licensed Psychological Practitioner with 12 years of clinical experience. My ultimate goal in therapy is to be your ally. This may mean that we are battling anxious and ruminative thoughts, processing life stressors, or working through things that trouble you from your past. My identity as an ally is very important to me and I have a great deal of experience working with individuals who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, asexual, trans, queer, or questioning. I am also recently trained in racial trauma therapy and am here to be your ally as you process these experiences, strengthen your values, and gain coping skills.

I have experience in several different settings: community mental health, post-acute residential rehabilitation for Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury, and private practice. I use a wide variety of modalities, including dialectical behavior, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment, attachment, and intersectional therapies.
