I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Michigan with 19 years of professional work experience. I am passionate about using a whole person approach where - spiritual, cognitive, physical, emotional and relational pieces are explored - in a therapeutic environment where compassion, empathy, and non-judgement are valued and practiced. I bring a lifetime of experience to my practice and believe in the power of relationship to heal. I believe the therapy hour is a powerful opportunity to be seen, heard, and validated. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
