I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and a Certified Clinical Supervisor in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience working as an individual and family counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addictions and trauma.

I believe in a one-on-one approach that involves building a trusting coach-client alliance in which counseling goals and processes are agreed upon by both parties. My approach combines mindfulness, wellness recovery action planning, dialectical behavioral therapy and eye movement desensitization. I will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
