Hi, I'm Lisa. Do you feel like life has become difficult and that you've lost some of your joy and spontaneity? I'm a licensed clinical social worker with almost 30 years of experience and I believe everyone has within them the capacity to successfully move beyond life's challenges. I love working with clients who actively participate in exploring new perspectives to improve the quality of their lives. I'm specially trained to work with and have significant experience helping adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, autism spectrum disorders, trauma and relationship challenges. Whatever your specific concerns are, I'll provide compassion and support as you explore new evidenced-based skills, strategies and techniques.
