Hi there, I'm Lisa! Are you a woman struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, life transitions, and stress? Are you struggling with postpartum depression? Are you engaging in negative self-talk and lack a sense of purpose? Are you grieving or having difficulty managing your emotions? I co-partner with women (only) to manage the many hats they wear in life. Together, we can identify what's not working, create realistic goals, and get you back to a place of wholeness. A whole you equals a whole life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship/family/women issues, trauma or acute stress, I am here to assist you on your journey.
