I work with children, adolescents and young adults, and parents to address concerns with anxiety, depression, mood instability, and emotional regulation. I believe that in order to truly help someone you must meet them where they are at and show him or her, genuine respect for whom they are as individuals.

I have a Masters degree in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling and an additional certification in School Counseling. My experience includes working with children and adolescents , young adults, and parents in residential programs, in-home programs, crisis management, and currently school counseling. I have been working in the mental health field for going on almost 10 years and have been in private practice for 5 years.

I am a therapist who commits to being present so that we invest your and/or your child/adolescents time in a manner that is most productive for your situation. I utilize a solution focused and creative approach in attempts to keep children, adolescents, young adults, and parents engaged and motivated to make changes. I provide a relaxed, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
