Hi! I'm Lisa. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have extensive experience in the mental health field. Ranging from work in trauma and crisis in the ER, domestic violence shelters, jails, inpatient psychiatric care, wilderness therapy, residential treatment centers, outpatient therapy, and elementary schools. With over 20 years of comprehensive experience, I've developed a love for working with teens, young adults, adults and moms who are working to navigate new parts of themselves and the world. I am passionate about knowing all parts of myself, finding love, grace and forgiveness and pushing myself in all areas of my life. I love helping others do the same. Whether it is helping young adults navigate jobs, relationships, school, or helping a newly single mom find her passions and learning that she is beyond capable of success, I love being able to support others on their journey. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients do the hard work needed for growth and I hope to help you achieve whatever goals you have for therapy. My approach to therapy is straightforward, educational, and strength-based. I use an eclectic mix of modalities in my work, from Strength based, MBB, Cognitive-Behavioral, Client Centered Therapy, to Holistic approaches. I am a mom of two kids, a dog lover, an artist and a business owner, all of which keeps me very busy and entertained. In my spare time, I enjoy meditation, camping, hiking, skiing, and traveling. Being a single mom and a business owner has taught me not to sweat the small stuff, believe anything is possible, let go and to have endless amounts of gratitude for every struggle, lesson and reward that comes from them.
