I am a professional counselor who is licensed in the state of Idaho. I began professional practice almost twenty years ago to help youth, families and communities navigate life challenges. I have supported clients to address a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, and growth and developmental concerns, and relationship issues.

My way of being asa professional counselor in engaging, supportive, and challenging. I treat all person with the dignity and respect that they deserve. I facilitate the process of clients embracing their true self and exhibiting agency in their life choices. By honoring the agency of the individual I feel that I support growth, wellness, and fulfillment of life goals
