Hello! Seeking help is often difficult and overwhelming. I am here to be a support to you in this process and be a guide to better your well being. It is important to know that I respect all my clients and wherever their life has taken them and will take them! I value the therapeutic relationship and will do my very best to give you the help you need.

I have had successful experience in addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, family crisis, couples counseling, and other areas of practice.

I have practiced as a counselor since graduating with my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. I currently practice in a private practice setting and on Find A Therapist. Previous to Find A Therapist I worked for Travis County completing mental health assessments and helping individuals that were incarcerated. I hope that my experience can serve and help you!

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Gottman's Couples Therapy. My goal is to use the language and model that works best for you!
