As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I value connecting with others and helping their voices get heard. I specialize in working with families in overcoming overwhelming past experiences and learning how to reconnect and regain a sense of health and wellness. With over 10 years of specialized training in working with children, families, and individuals I understand how hard it can be to manage the hurdles life sometimes throws our way. It is for that reason that I take time in establishing an open and trusting therapeutic relationship where the individual feels heard and supported.

I work from a client centered approach and allow you to share with me your values, beliefs, and past experiences in a pace that feels safe and supportive. I primarily utilize the Gottman approach in working with couples and find this approach to be effective in efficiently and effectively meeting the goals the couples set for themselves. I also have extensive training and experience in woking with parents regarding behavioral struggles they are experiencing with their children. I know first hand how challenging the role of a parent can be and as a therapist I look to incorporate Neurosequential based knowledge with Attachment based therapy in developing a secure attachment within the parenting relationship. I also utilized Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Solution Focused, and Narrative therapy in supporting clients reach their treatment goals.

I values being outside with my family and focus on incorporating mindfulness practices into my life. I enjoy most anything that gets me outside and also getting to my local Crossfit gym as much as possible. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in reaching your treatment goals.
