About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a specialization in working with children, adolescents, and families. I graduated with my Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas State University in San Marcos. I am trained in CPR-T (Child Parent Relationship Therapy), Solution Focused, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). While I work with a variety of individuals, my experience includes work around issues related to attachment, foster care, adoption, anxiety, self-esteem. Ultimately, my belief is that all positive change begins with the relationship. I am here to support you as an individual and/or your child with the issues that are surfacing. One of the great counseling myths is that counseling is only for people with "issues". This is untrue as counseling can help anyone reach their greatest potential and become the best version of ourselves.
