I am a licensed clinical social worker in Utah and have worked with various populations addressing diverse mental health needs. These include treating substance use, addiction, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, and communication issues.

My therapy style is client centered. Building rapport and trust comes first in order for the client to feel prepared to make the changes needed to support their progress. Based off the client's needs, I use the most relevant evidence based approach. I treat all clients with respect, compassion and incorporate a strength based approach. I also believe humor, when appropriate, is an integral part of the therapeutic relationship. I value working with diverse populations and clients.
