I believe in providing services that are individually tailored to meet the needs of the client. As an independently licensed counselor, I have experience treating challenges such as anxiety, postpartum issues, depression, life adjustments, attachment issues, trauma, grief and behavioral concerns. I enjoy working with adolescents, and adults and am passionate about helping individuals improve their relationships. While using a holistic approach to empower clients, I appreciate being creative in my therapeutic techniques to build a strong foundation of rapport and promote overall wellness. Prior to becoming a private practice clinician, I dedicated over 4 years to community mental health as a family and child outpatient therapist and a school-based therapist for a local elementary school. I received her Bachelor of Science in Family Science and Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2010, and my Master of Education in Professional Counseling and Human development from Lindsey Wilson College in 2012. I've been in private practice since 2017.
