The thought of finding a therapist you trust, feel safe and comfortable with can be overwhelming but so is the alternative: living with fear, frustration, uncertainty, and confusion. I'm always amazed at the courage my clients show as they move from a painful existence to one of hope and joy as they gain the tools necessary to create the life they want.

I utilize a systems-based approach with all of my clients. I believe that the people around us, our jobs, our friends, families, and our upbringings have influenced us and should be utilized in the healing process. I am proud of you for taking the first step!
