About

Hello, my name is Lindsey Kingsley. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin, United States of America. I am an empathetic, compassionate, and self-motivated professional who strives to help individuals find authenticity and clarity amongst the challenges they are faced with. I believe that feelings are communication pathways to help us better understanding ourselves. I graduated from Cardinal Stritch University in 2017 with my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have a wide variety of professional and personal experiences including working with populations both young and old. I’ve work with depression, OCD/anxiety, and a variety of other disorders and symptoms. Talking to a therapist can be a very challenging step to take. Very uncomfortable but also so helpful to have someone who will not judge or shame you for how your feeling. I look forward to learning how I can best assist you!

I help my clients manage symptoms through finding individualized coping skills, grounding, and relaxation skills. I look forward to working together on identifying a path forward to reach your full potential!

MY APPROACH--------------
I practice from a person-centered perspective. This focuses on the importance of your basic needs, desires, and wants as a human first. I help to uncover your internal needs and figure out how to best go about to get these met.
