I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, and OCD. I have experience working with children as well as adults and families.
My approach is strengths-based and client centered. I provide a combination of various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills. Based on your presenting concerns, we will establish a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
