I am a licensed social worker who has experience with various populations and challenges. I specialize in relationship building in regards to family, couple/martial, and sibling bonds. I utilize individual and group training interventions in order for families to implement positive behavioral techniques for challenging behaviors and obtain psycho-education of various diagnoses and interventions.

My treatment focuses on an individualized family approach to assist with issues related to mental health, trauma, challenging behaviors, academic/legal involvement, substance abuse, divorce and blended families. I have provided therapy for about 7 years to adults, children and adolescents in a variety of environments including residential, in-home, respite/community living support, out-patient and school settings. I have experience with supporting individuals with intellectual-developmental disabilities, ASD and/or dual diagnoses. I am trained in evidence-based treatments including CBT, DBT-informed, Positive Family Interventions, Zones of Regulation, Motivational Interviewing-informed, TF-CBT-Informed, Empowerment Theory, Crisis and Suicide Preventions.
