I am a licensed professional counselor with over 5 years of experience in this field. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, life changes, and those with a trauma history.

I have a person-centered approach and I want to meet clients "where they are at" in life's journey. I use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in my counseling practice, along with other modalities. My approach is individualized , so I can work with clients to address their specific concerns and goals.
