I have years of experience helping teens and young adults by being a listening ear and making specific goals to work towards bettering their lives. I specialize in treating symptoms of depression and anxiety but have also worked with individuals experiencing trauma, ADHD, addiction, relationship issues, gender dysphoria, OCD, autism, and family conflict.
