I have had the privilege of walking beside those in the throws of personal turbulence resulting from a myriad of circumstances. Through these encounters, I have become aware of the incredible importance of building a relationship and providing a safe place for influence to be accepted, and for change to occur. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Addiction Counselor (Level) III, who specializes in helping families, couples, and individuals navigate through difficult terrain regardless of their spiritual beliefs or their sexual orientation. I don't proclaim to be an expert in all types of circumstances, instead I am very clear where my expertise lie so you can find the best match and receive the most appropriate help. The majority of my professional life as a therapist has been spent being of service to those managing these situations:

-- Individuals, couples, and families faced with drug and alcohol related problems, including codependency, enmeshment, and co-morbidity issues
-- Individuals and couples faced with infertility or undergoing infertility treatment
-- Couples interested in marital or premarital counseling
-- Those struggling to cope with stress, anxiety and/or feelings of being overwhelmed
-- Previous trauma and how it can affect the individual as well as the family system
-- Those struggling with motivation and/or self esteem issues
-- Those struggling to cope with major life changes


Colorado has deemed me an expert in addiction, able to supervise less experienced clinicians. I am a Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist-currently undergoing Level 2, and I have completed the Family Trauma Professional Intensive Training. I am always striving to hone my skills and expertise to be of value to my clients.
