I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (PRC#14968), & active member of the American Counseling Association. I assist people to achieve relief from symptoms of anxiety, sadness, anger, and grief; through in-depth assessment and treatment planning; and an eclectic approach to each person seeking help (utilizing CBT, mindful self-compassion, expressive therapies, and more). My process will help you strengthen resilience, becoming better equipped to face life’s challenges with poise and grace.
