My hope is to help support you by reflecting and exploring the challenges you face, and strengthen your skillsets to face whatever life brings to the table. I am licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) in Maine. I have been in the field for about 3.5 years, working with children and families to help them understand clinical diagnosis and how to continue and work to grow together. I have worked with a diverse range of needs with focuses in depression, trauma, anxiety, and attachment. My approach is to meet you where you are at - you lead the way, and I'll help you find direction. My skillset includes art therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment therapy.

My goal is to build a connection with you so that you may feel a safe space to explore where life can take you.
