Whether you are experiencing loss, processing major life decisions or changes, battling depression, managing anxiety or simply looking for happiness, I would love to join you on your journey to healing and growth. Although change is hard, life is too short to live in your comfort zone! I specialize in working with women and men who are contemplating leaving a relationship or processing the loss of a previous relationship, particularly divorce. After experiencing divorce as a young woman myself, I was faced with the challenge of navigating a major life change and knew no one who understood what I was going through. I am here to ensure that you don’t have to experience that same scenario and would like to offer you compassionate, non-judgmental emotional support. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to overcome a challenge and look back with the belief that the challenge made you grow into a better, stronger person.
