About

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and yoga teacher. I have been practicing clinical social work and teaching yoga since 2004 in the state of New Hampshire. I believe that each client comes into the therapeutic setting with a unique set of strengths and resiliencies. My integrative, strengths-based, mind-body approach will help clients to uncover and practice utilizing these strengths and developing awareness of their unique attributes and resiliencies. I believe that every individual has the tools within themselves to heal themselves and live a more joyful life. My aim is to empower each of my clients to make the commitment to reach their individual goals. I have extensive experience working with the adolescent and adult female population. I have experience and interest in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and working through challenging life transitions. My goal in counseling is to provide guidance and support throughout the therapeutic process, while creating a safe environment for clients to heal. I am passionate about helping individuals to live a more fulfilling life. Additionally, I have 17 years of experience in teaching yoga and mindfulness. I look forward to incorporating meditation, mindfulness and yoga practices into the therapeutic sessions. I look forward to working with you!
