I am licensed in Idaho with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that creating a safe and non-judgemental environment is key to compelling and lasting change. Our early life experiences, as well as events throughout our life, contribute to the perspective we have on life situations. Therapy allows for an objective look at these situations and visualizing alternate viewpoints that may be more realistic.
