Life comes with many obstacles, and I am passionate about helping individuals work through the ups and downs to become the best version of themselves. I work with teens and adults struggling with a variety of challenges such as general anxiety, depression, body image, OCD, social anxiety, family/relationship conflicts, life transitions, low self-esteem, and overall stress. I will offer a safe space for each of my clients to feel seen and heard without judgment. My desire is that the counseling process will lead each client on the road to freedom from their past and offer tools to look forward to a healthy future.
