As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have been in practice for ten years, helping individuals work through complex relationships, mental health issues, substance abuse, career issues, and other problems that people struggle with figuring out in life. I can provide a comfortable experience to allow one to feel safe enough to open up without judgment to work through difficulties and unique challenges. Whether problems are with the individual, in their relationship, or with family dynamics, I can help sort through those issues and help provide a place for safe healing.
