As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with adults, teens, families, couples, and the LGBQT community. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I can help you if you are feeling depressed, anxious, worried, afraid, problems with kids, parenting, elderly parents, work issues, career counseling. You don’t need to earn love or happiness. You couldn’t be more deserving. I focus on building self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-love in a non-judgmental environment. People spend so much time beating themselves up instead of building themselves up. Let go of the resistance (doubts, justifications) and allow your inner self to grow. Life can bring much stress and coping ideas are always needed. I can help you learn to manage your stress in more helpful ways as well as help heal your feelings of depression, fears, worry and anxiety. I can help you feel more hopeful instead of hopeless.
