I am dedicated to assisting my clients in making positive changes during treatment. I see my role as a facilitator in your change. Our minds are our most powerful tools for change. When you change your habitual beliefs you can change our life's journey. My approach is client centered and I utilize mindfulness based therapies. Therapy is a process not a destination, like all change it takes commitment, acceptance, compassion and patience to move through the stories we are attached to, and access our core internal strengths. I bring over 30 years of professional experience in working with clients. I am well versed in both traditional and non-traditional psychotherapy. I have the ability to blend therapies together to provide the client with the best practice that works for their individual needs. I have advanced training in, Client Centered Therapy, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness/Meditation/Yoga, and a solid foundation in Relationship therapy. I have life experiences, professional education and training that provide a unique experience. I knows what it is like to have significant losses, family deaths, cancer, and chronic pain, which usually affects our life experience. I am committed to providing clients with kindness, compassion and support.
