ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Board Certified Art Therapist and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have a Masters degree from Lesley University. I have 17 years of experience counseling in a variety of settings.
I enjoy helping individuals change their lives to meet their best selves, improve existing situations and/or relationships. I assist individuals to identify the choices they can make in their own lives to reach their goals. I use cognitive-behavior therapy, reality therapy and art therapy to provide a safe supportive environment where individuals can feel free to express themselves and their needs.
