I specialize in Motivational Interviewing and Mindful Self-Compassion, and have formal training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. During our sessions, I will offer an individualized set of techniques to help you live your life to its fullest potential.
